Welcome to Shashamali Wellness, LLC.! We’re committed to ensuring your health and wellness journey is seamless. Below is an outline of our shipping policy, detailing how we deliver your favorite vitamins, supplements, and other products to your doorstep.

Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped in the U.S. within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed for the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Options

Free shipping is included in all orders totaling $50 or more, after discounts,
coupons, and promotions have been applied. Within the Contiguous United States.
A flat-rate shipping fee ($4.90) is included in all orders totaling $35 or less and
when a buyer does not opt to select any alternate expedited shipping options for
orders within the Contiguous United States. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivered on the next business day (orders must be placed before noon Eastern Time Zone.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

International Shipping: We do not ship internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, customers are responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on local laws and regulations. We will notify you during checkout if we cannot ship to your region.
